Payment should be received no later than 2 business days before the consultation date. Otherwise, the deadline expires. People who want to cooperate longer can make a payment for the selected package immediately. In other cases, during online consultations, we discuss available options and I try to advise what will be best in a given case. If you decide to cooperate longer, payment for the rest of the package is made by transfer to the same account number. The package processing time is counted from the moment the payment is received.

Lead time

The menu and recommendations are sent by e-mail 8 – 10 business days after the consultation and the payment being credited to the account. Note - 8 days are counted from the day following the consultation, e.g. if the consultation took place on Monday, 8 business days are counted from Tuesday.

Preparation for consultation

The person initiating cooperation undertakes to send the required materials (completed nutritional interview, 3-day nutritional diary and current test results) no later than 1 business day before the scheduled consultation date. If the materials are sent later, I do not guarantee that I will have time to read them, which may affect the quality of the consultation and advice provided during it.

When completing the nutritional interview, you should carefully provide lists of liked, disliked, problematic products (including allergies and intolerances) and your expectations regarding the type of meals.

Canceling a meeting

Consultations and inspections should be canceled no later than 2 days before the scheduled date. For later cancellations:

– There is a fee for missed meetings (e.g. first consultation, single inspection) in the amount of half the standard price.

During longer cooperation, it is possible to cancel the inspection once less than 24 hours in advance without consequences, due to an exceptional, urgent situation.

I reserve the right to refuse to accept consultations or continue cooperation with people who in any way demonstrate a lack of trust and respect, question the way of working, or hinder mutual understanding.
